Phone Messages

This feature will allow the agency to maintain a phone log of all telephone messages currently documented on paper or with telephone message booklets. All phone messages are stored indefinitely.

Adding a New Phone Message:

1. Click on Main Menu.

2. Click on Phone Messages.

3. From the sub-menu, click on "Add New Message."

4. AgencyToday will instantly display a phone message that resembles a standard phone message from generic phone message booklets.

5. A list of all AgencyToday users will display. Click on the user the phone message will be delivered to.

6. TAB into each field to input all pertinent information. (The pager, mobile and fax number fields will be the last fields AgencyToday will TAB to.)

7. When all information is entered, click on the SAVE button and the message will be sent to the specified user.

8. The specified user will be notified of the phone message(s).
