Accounting Reports Definitions

Trust Comm. Transfer: This report displays all trust commissions that are available to transfer.
Agency Cash Flow: This report displays all moneys in and out on a daily basis from the agency's trust and operating accounts. The report is requested by date range.
Balance Sheet/ Income Statement: This report displays the balance sheet and income expense sheets in consolidated or detailed format.
Cash Disbursements: This report displays all cash disbursed from the trust and operating accounts by date range and sorts by check number, name, amount, date, GL# or company.
Open Payables: This report displays whom you owe, what you owe and when you owe it.
Aged Payables: This report displays all aged payables in 30, 60, 90 day increments.
Cash Receipts: This report displays all cash receipts by date range, specified receivable name and sort choices by name, company, GL#, invoice number or date.
Bank Cash Deposits: This report allows the agency to run their bank cash deposits by date range and time for their trust, operating or both accounts.
Aged Receivables: This report displays all aged receivables owed to the agency in 30, 60, and 90 day increments.
Print Client Statements: This selection allows the agency to print statements by date range, selected policy number or selected insured.
Invoice Inquiry: This report sorts invoices and displays them by open invoices, closed invoices, payments only, all records, selected policy number or a selected invoice type. The invoice totals can be displayed with or without details and by date or name.
Invoice Transactions: This allows you to run a report listing all invoice transactions. For example, you can run a report to show how many invoices were created for "Endorsements" or for "Audits".
Journal Details: This report displays all details that effect the agency's financials. The report is requested by date range, account number range and with or without details.
Producer Statements: This report displays open and paid items for all producers or insurance companies or by a selected producer or insurance company.
