Lists Menu Definitions
Custom Client: This selection allows the agency to build sub-lists based on policy type, insurance company, producer (if applicable), and policy status. From the requested list the user can then go directly to the list of clients, print a report, and print letters and labels. This feature can also be used to sort cities for a particular geographic area (i.e., beginning range Irvine ending range Irvine)
Lien/Mortg/Cert Names: This selection displays the agency's entire lienholder, mortgagee and certificate holder list that includes the name and address. You may also add in a lienholder, mortgagee or certholder that is not listed here.
Claims Listing: This selection is used to display all claim reports for all clients. Date range, sorting options and printing are available for use.
Insurance Companies: This selection displays the agency’s list of insurance companies including their code, agency number, phone number, fax number and location.
Birthday Lists: This selection allows the agency to send out letters to their clients or labels to put on birthday cards. The date of birth and client names are drawn from the driver information on the vehicle dec. screen, the property Acord form and client "profile" for existing customers.
Producers: This selection displays the agency’s producer names and codes.
Vendor List: This selection displays the agency's list of vendors including their code, address, phone and fax numbers.
User Diary: This selection allows the user to run their diary items by date range of past, current and future effective dates. The user may also run other user's diary items.
Binder Log: This selection allows the user to obtain and display a list of all client's binders sorted by vehicle, property or commercial and then redisplay the list by date, insured, lienholder or binder number. AgencyToday also allows the user to print a binder list or go directly to the specified client's binder.
Cancellation Request Log: This selection allows the user to obtain and display a list of client's cancellation requests sorted by insured, policy type or date. AgencyToday then allows the user to go directly to the specified client's cancellation request.
Policy Change Request Log: This selection allows the user to obtain and display a list of all change requests on a client’s policy, sorted by vehicle, property, commercial, all PCR's or a selected policy. AgencyToday will redisplay that list by date, insured or policy number.
Certificate of Insurance Log: This selection allows the user to obtain a list of certificates of insurance by date range, insured or certificate holder's name.
Evidence of Insurance Log: This selection allows the user to obtain a list of evidences of insurance by date range or insured/certholders name.
