Vendors

Inputting a New Vendor:
1. Select the Accounting pull down menu.
2. From the Accounting Menu, select Vendors.
3. The Vendor Name Records screen will appear.
4. Click on the ADD button. AgencyToday will automatically assign a new vendor number.
5. TAB through each field or click into each designated field to complete all information required for the new vendor.
6. When all the information is complete, click on the SAVE button.
Utilizing the Vendor List:
Click on the LIST button located below the ADD button. AgencyToday will display a list of all vendors currently in the system.
Deleting a Vendor Record:
First Method:
1. Access the vendor LIST to locate a vendor for deletion purposes.
2. Click on the vendor of choice and AgencyToday automatically inserts the vendor's information on the screen.
3. Click on the DELETE button.
4. AgencyToday will display a message, "Are you sure you want to delete (name of vendor)?"
5. Click on the YES button.
Second Method:
1. Click on the FIND button to locate the vendor by number or name.
2. Type in the vendor number or name and click on the SAVE button.
3. AgencyToday will display the vendor's name and information.
4. Follow Steps 3 - 5 directly above to complete.
