How to Print A Client's Statement
There are 2 ways to print a client's statement: You can print a statement for one individual client or you have the ability to run statements for all clients that have a balance.
To Print Individual Statements:
1. Find your customer in Client Services.
2. Click on the
LEDGER button.3. When the ledger card appears, click on the
PRINT button in the lower left corner.4. From the next window, click on
Statement.5. Select Plain Paper or Letterhead, if you want the statement to print on your own letterhead.
6. Then select either the All Records, 30 day Balance Forward, 60 day Balance Forward check box or you can click on Selected Date and enter the date range you need.
7. Click on the Sort by Date or Sort by Inv# check box depending on how you would like the items on the statement to be sorted.
8. If you would like to type a message to the client that will appear on the statement, type your message in the yellow area of the screen.
9. Click on Send to Printer.
10. Click OK.
To Print Statements for All Clients or Clients with an Overdue Balance:
1. From the Accounting Menu, select Accounting Reports.
2. Select Print Client Statements.
3. Select either the All Records, 30 Day Balance Forward, 60 Day Balance Forward check box or you can click on Selected Date Range to enter the date range you need. You can also print the entire ledger card.
4. If you would like to have a message print on the statement for each client, type your message in the yellow area. Click OK.
