Main Menu Definitions
The Main Menu is accessible from all screens in AgencyToday.
Client Services: This selection will display the Client Services Screen to find all clients.
Phone Messages: This selection allows you to input and send a phone message to another user on the system.
Diary/To Do List: This feature allows you to add diary items that do not pertain to a specific client, but rather, as a reminder for you to follow up on some matter.
Fax Generator: This feature is used to generate faxes.
Memo Generator: This feature is used to generate letters.
Agency E-Mail: This feature is used to send messages via your in-house network to other user(s) on the network.
Internet Explorer: This feature is used open your computer's Internet Explorer directly from within AgencyToday.
Internet Favorties: This feature allows users to build a list of Internet Web sites for quick reference back with one click.
Rolodex: This feature is used to access and store a common agency list of names and phones numbers. (i.e., Insurance Companies, Underwriters, Claims Adjusters, etc.)
System Control: This selection displays a second pop down menu with various functions utilized for setting up and maintaining System and Accounting Configuration information.
Import/Export: This selection displays a second menu with options for importing policies from Mercury, AL3, FSC and XML as available.
Accessories: This feature allows you access to Windows accessories such as the calculator, clock, etc.
Utilities: This selection displays a second menu with various functions for maintaining resource information.
