Functions Menu Definitions

The Functions Menu categories are identical to the buttons located two-thirds down on the Client Services Screen. The pull-down Functions Menu enables the use of the features from any screen in AgencyToday.

Forms: This feature is used to input new forms.

Notes: This feature is used to input and print notes that pertain directly to the clients.

Word Processing: This feature is used to access your word processor.

Template Letters: This feature is used to input template letters (common used letters, i.e., past due notices, etc.) or to select standardized letters, which you may choose to personalize for individual clients.

Letters/Faxes: This feature is used to input and print letters to clients and Insurance Companies. A list of template letters used by an agency is also accessible from Letters to eliminate redundant input.

Diary: This feature is used to input and view follow-up information relating to client's policies. AgencyToday displays a reminder window when logging on notifying the user of active dairy items.

Top Notes: This feature is used to add notes to the Client Services screen that will automatically pop-up every time that client is brought up.

Claims: This feature is used to input and print first time claims, list existing claims, find any system claim, or list all client claims.

Cash on Account: This option will take the user directly to the Accounts Receivable screen to enter Cash on Account items.

Invoice: This feature allows the user to agency invoice client policies.

Calif. Supplement Forms: This feature allows the user to access the California Supplemental forms such as the Calif. Diligent Search form.

Ledger Card: This feature is used to view client invoice charges and payments. From this selection the Ledger Card and Statements can be printed for the specified client.

Scan Documents: This feature is not ready at this time.

Snap Shot: This is a feature utilized as an overview to simultaneously glance at the client's Ledger Card, Notes, Memos, Claims, Diary Items and Daily Mail Transactions. This feature is for viewing purposes only.

Transactions: This feature is used to keep track of and view all transactions completed by the user (i.e., Daily Mail Processing, Memos, Claims, Binders, Certs., E-Mail, Invoicing, etc.) for a selected client policy.

Client Logs: This feature is used to view and return to Policy Change Requests, Binders, Certificates, Cancellation Requests and Evidences of Insurance for a selected client policy.

Company Specific Forms: This feature is used to select and complete Insurance Company Specific Applications and Acord Forms for a selected client policy.

Interrupt List: This feature lists all of the items that the user had used the interrupt feature for. Click on an item from this list and AgencyToday will take the user back to where they left off.

Financing: This feature is not ready at this time.
