Daily Mail Processing

Purpose:
To allow the agency to track all transactions relating to each policy such as renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements and claims. After separating your daily mail into the various categories, proceed to input.
Renewals:
1. Find your client.
2. Click on the appropriate policy to high-light it.
3. Click on the Daily Mail Processing box at the bottom of the Client Services screen.
4. Select Policy Renewal. AgencyToday will automatically bring up your policy with the new renewal dates. You will be in edit mode, so you can make any necessary changes.
5. Be sure to SAVE after making the changes.
Endorsements:
1. Find your client.
2. Click on the appropriate policy to high-light it.
3. Click on the Daily Mail Processing box at the bottom of the Client Services screen.
4. Select Endorsements. AgencyToday will automatically bring up your policy in the edit mode so you can make the necessary changes.
5. Be sure to SAVE after making the changes.
Cancellation Notice:
1. Find your client.
2. Click on the appropriate policy to high-light it.
3. Click on the Daily Mail Processing box at the bottom of the Client Services screen.
4. Select Cancel Notice.
5. A window will appear for you to type in the cancellation date and premium due. If you want to setup a diary or send a cancellation letter for this client, click on the appropriate check boxes.
6. Be sure to SAVE after making the changes.
NOTE: There are additional Daily Mail Categories such as Reinstatement, Claims Paid, etc. Follow steps 1-3 above to access. Click on the appropriate category and complete as necessary.
