Claims
Inputting Vehicle and Property Claims:
1. Find the customer on the Client Services screen.
2. Click on the vehicle/property policy that pertains, so it is high-lighted.

3. There are 2 ways to access the "Claims form." 1st: Click on the "CLAIMS" button located two-thirds down on the screen. 2nd: Click on the Functions menu at the top of the screen and select "Claims".
4. AgencyToday will display another window. Click on "First Report Claim".
Inputting Commercial Claims for Business Auto and Property:
From the "Business Auto or Property Section" screen:
1. Click on the Main Menu.
2. Select "Functions."
3. Select "Claims."
4. AgencyToday will display another window. Click on "First Report Claim".
From the Client Services screen:
1. FIND the insured.
2. Select/highlight the appropriate policy.
3. From the Commercial Sections menu select "Commercial Dec. Page".
4. From the list, click on the appropriate policy.
5. Follow steps 1 - 4 directly above.
Auto Claims:
1. AgencyToday will display a window listing the insured's vehicles.
2. Click anywhere on the appropriate car line.
3. AgencyToday will display the "Automobile Loss Notice" and highlight the "Date" field to begin input.

Property Claims:
1. AgencyToday will directly display the "Property Loss Notice" screen.
2. You can tab through the claims form or use the mouse to click to a specific field.
3. When tabbing to the last field at the bottom of the screen, AgencyToday will display the second half of the "Claim" form in process or use the "Scroll" bar to view and/or input the second half of the claim form. Again, you may click to a specified field to bypass having to tab through each field.
4. When all information is entered, click on the SAVE button on right side of the screen.
Printing a Claims Loss Notice:
1. Click on the PRINT button on the right side of the screen.
2. A window will display with print options available. Click on the radio button next to the option of choice.
While the Claims Loss Notice is printing, AgencyToday will display a window asking "Do you want to add a diary item for this claim? If you need to put a follow-up or make a note pertaining to the claim, click on the YES button, otherwise, click on the NO button.
Note: When you log on daily to AgencyToday, the system will display a window, "Loading current and past diary items for (name of the user)"
Retrieving a Claims Loss Notice:
1. Find the insured on the Client Services screen.
2. Click on the policy, so it is highlighted.
3. There are 2 ways to access the Claims form.
1st: Click on the CLAIMS button located two-thirds down on the screen.
2nd: Click on the Functions menu at the top of the screen and select "Claims".
4. AgencyToday will display another window. This time click on the EXISTING CLAIMS button for an individual claim policy form or "Find Any Existing Claim" to locate a claim by insurance Line.
Note: The Main Menu is accessible from any screen to locate a claim report form.
