Template Letters

Accessing:

There are 2 ways to access Template Letters:

1. From Client Services click on the Functions pull-down menu and select "Template Letters".

2. From various screens throughout AgencyToday, there is a FUNC button that can be utilized to get to and input a template letter.

Inputting a New Template Letter:

1. Click on the ADD button.

2. The cursor will then flash in the "Letter Name" field at the top of the screen. Type in the name to identity your template letter.

3. TAB into the body of the letter and begin inputting.

4. Next, click on the green rectangular box with the default words stating Client Services in the upper right side of the screen. A list of your options will appear. Select Client Services if you want it to appear for all policies or select another policy type that is applicable.

5. When the template letter is complete, click on the SAVE button.

Printing a Template Letter:

1. After all information is saved, click on the PRINT button.

2. Another window appears providing your printing options. Click on the radio button next to the desired option.

Retrieving a Template Letter:

1. Follow steps 1 or 2 under "Accessing" template letters.

2. Once in the template letter screen, click once on the desired letter at the bottom of the screen and AgencyToday will display the letter.

3. To make changes to the template letter, click on the EDIT button.

4. To delete the template letter from the list, click on the DELETE button.
