Notes

The notes screen is available to document all conversations relating to a particular client. The date, time and user inputting the note are automatically recorded.

Inputting:

1. Find your customer on the Client Services Screen.

2. Click on the NOTES button located two-thirds down on the screen.

3. Click on "Add New Note".

4. The File Note Details screen will appear. You are in edit mode at this point, so simply begin typing your note.

5. Click on the SAVE button.

To View Previously Entered Notes:

1. Find your customer on the Client Services Screen.

2. Click on the NOTES button.

3. Click on "View Notes".

4. A split screen will appear with all saved forms. Click once on a note and the body of the note will appear in the yellow section on the right. Double-click on the note and it will take you to the original notes screen as it was inputted.

Note: You can print a saved note, but you cannot edit the note in any way.
