Property Declaration Page Input: (Adding Policy Information)

1. Click on the "ADD POLICY" button. A pop down menu will appear. Select "Property."

2. Co.: Enter the Insurance Company code (3 digits). When the company code is unknown, type Z and TAB to access the Ins. Co. list. Click on company of choice. AgencyToday automatically inserts the Insurance Company abbreviation.

3. Plan: Enter the plan code. When the plan code is unknown, type Z and TAB to access the plan code list. Click on the correct plan. AgencyToday automatically inserts the plan code abbreviation.

4. Policy number: Enter the policy number.

5. Property address: Enter the property address.

6. Billing: AgencyToday defaults on "D" for direct bill. You may override that and type in "A" for agency bill if that applies.

7. Loc#: Enter the location number.

8. Desc.: Enter the location description (this is an optional field).

9. Prod 1: Enter the 3 digit producer code. When the producer code is unknown, type Z and TAB to access the producer list. Click on the correct producer. AgencyToday automatically inserts the producer code abbreviation.

10. Prod 2: Enter the 3 digit producer code for producer number 2 if applicable.

11. Terr: Enter the territory.

12. Effective dates: Example: Type numbers as 030292 (2-digit month, 2-digit day and 2-digit year) and TAB. AgencyToday will calculate the expiration date based on the system defaults of that particular Insurance Company.

13. Status: Click on the yellow box and a window will display the various status options. Click on the status that applies.

14. Acct. Bill: Click into this box to "X" it when applicable to the policy.

15. HO Form: Enter the form number as follows:
