Top Notes

Top Notes are small yellow notes that can be put on a client's screen, so every time anyone in the office pulls up this client, they will see the Top Note first.

Adding Top Notes:

1. Find your customer in Client Services.

2. Select the Functions pull-down menu and then select Top Notes.

3. A little yellow note will appear on the screen. You are in the edit mode, so simply type in your message and click on the SAVE button.

4. When any one in your office finds this client and reads the Top Note, they can click on CLOSE button to temporarily remove the Top Note from the screen.

5. When the Top Note is no longer needed, click on the DELETE button.
