Faxing from AgencyToday
A feature of Microsoft Windows, is that it treats your fax modem as a printer. If you are not sure your fax modem is installed, go to the
Control Panel and select Printers. If your fax is displayed in the list of printers, you are ready to start faxing from AgencyToday. If not, refer to your fax modem documentation for installation instructions.To fax anything from AgencyToday:
1. From the print menu select SEND TO FAX.
2. If this option is not available, select
Change Printer.3. Select
Printer and click on the OK button.4. From the list of printers, select your fax and click on OK.

AgencyToday will send the print job to Windows and Windows will display a screen report.6. To print the screen report, click on the
P in the upper left hand corner of the screen report.7. The next screen to display is the printer setup screen.
8. From here click the
OK button and Windows will start your fax software.9. At this point, simply follow the instructions provided with your fax software.
