Policy Number Maintenance

This screen is used for the addition, deletion and maintenance of your policy numbers.

To add policy numbers:

Click on the Add Pol#s box. Below that select California or All other States, depending on the state you are adding the policy numbers for.

Enter the Prefix# for your policy (example: WC) in the Prefix1 field. If you have a 2nd prefix enter that in the Prefix2 field. In the field to the right of that enter the beginning policy number followed by a producer code if needed. Below that enter the total number of policy numbers you want the system to add and then click on the Run button. The system will then go through and add all of the policy numbers that you requested.

To delete policy numbers:

To delete policy numbers you will need to double click on the policy number. The system will ask if you want to delete the policy and you will answer yes.

You also have the option of displaying Used and Unused policy numbers by clicking on the appropriate button on the right side of the screen. The Calif. On Top will sort the policy numbers and display the California numbers at the top.
